Position
Data Analyst – Doncaster site.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with internal clients and third parties.
* Use internal systems to analyse trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Provide expertise and solutioning, leadership, and training on Maersk SCM operating applications and platforms.
* Support system implementation and application demonstrations as required.
* Drive best practice initiatives and identify or support system efficiencies.
* Lead regular and ad‑hoc tasks depending on project and customer requirements.
* Understand agreed customer and internal KPIs and work with the IM Team to ensure results meet or exceed expectations.
* Support financial reporting and capture of operational volumes and productivities.
* Capture operational data and create relevant analysis documentation for customers and internal use.
* Develop and maintain Power BI reports.
* Present data analysis to customers and internal stakeholders.
* Communicate with employees and managers effectively and respectfully.
* Assist with clerical and operational duties as required.
* Attend training programmes in line with role requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with Power BI reporting.
* Experience working with WMS systems.
* Prior experience in a warehousing or logistics environment is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
* Ability to present data analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
* Co‑ordination and communication with multiple stakeholders.
* Assist in achieving customer KPI targets.
* Soft skills: effective communication and respectful interaction.
