A client-focused role supporting relationship management and business growth within a professional services environment. This position offers a strong foundation in client engagement, operations and commercial development.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
* Supporting the growth and management of a portfolio of client relationships.
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term client connections.
* Identifying and supporting cross‑selling opportunities within the client base.
* Assisting in achieving team sales and performance targets.
* Coordinating client engagement activities and follow‑ups.
* Providing administrative support including reporting, planning and system updates.
* Monitoring transactions and ensuring timely completion of client activities.
* Supporting delivery of service standards and customer experience objectives.
* Acting as a key link between clients, internal teams and external partners.
* Assisting with ad hoc projects and providing team cover when required.
* Ensuring compliance with governance, regulatory and operational requirements.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) including Maths and English and demonstrate a strong interest in developing within a client‑facing or financial services environment. They will possess excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and build relationships at all levels. A basic understanding of financial services or banking principles would be advantageous, along with strong IT skills and a proactive, team‑oriented approach.
