The Opportunity

We're seeking an exceptional Partnership Development Manager to build our comprehensive ecosystem of supplier partnerships across all lifestyle categories. You'll create commission-based relationships with premium suppliers, manage our recommendation database, and build the learning platform that powers our trusted recommendations.

This isn't traditional business development. You'll be building strategic partnerships with a wide spectrum of suppliers - from luxury to premium to every day, while using data insights from client purchases and app engagement to create a continuously improving recommendation ecosystem that generates significant commission revenue.

What You'll Do - Partnerships

* Build strategic partnerships with suppliers across holidays, experiences, home services, beauty, healthcare, automotive, and lifestyle categories
* Negotiate commission structures that maximize revenue while ensuring competitive client pricing
* Manage recommendation database ensuring assistants have current, accurate partner information
* Conduct monthly assistant briefings about new partners, services, and seasonal offerings
* Analyse client data to identify trends, preferences, and partnership opportunities
* Represent BlckBx professionally at industry events and partner meetings
* Create feedback loops that continuously improve recommendation accuracy and partner performance

What You'll Do - Data

You'll manage our comprehensive partner database and lead our research team to ensure all supplier information, pricing, and service details remain accurate and current. A key responsibility involves analysing customer spending patterns, request volumes, and booking trends to optimse partnership strategy and maximise commission revenue. Using data-driven insights, you'll create performance reports, forecast partnership ROI, and align our supplier relationships with actual client behaviour to drive both revenue growth and client satisfaction. You will also manage a team of researchers who handle database management and verification.

What You Bring

* 4-7 years business development experience with proven track record in luxury/premium markets
* Strong relationship building skills with ability to represent BlckBx at the highest professional level
* Commercial acumen with experience in commission-based partnerships and revenue generation
* Sophisticated taste and understanding of what appeals to affluent Executive Parents
* Data analysis capabilities with experience using insights to optimise partnership strategies
* Industry connections within lifestyle, luxury, and premium service categories

Compensation

* Base salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (based on experience)
