Role: Solicitor – Residential Property
Location: Chandler's Ford
Job – Full-time, Permanent
Dutton Gregory Solicitors are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our busy and growing team in Chandler's Ford. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong experience in secured lending and property finance to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, working closely with colleagues, and delivering excellent client service. The role will involve acting primarily for investors and developers in purchases and refinances, as well as acting for a range of lenders to undertake due diligence and confirm suitability for lending.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own workload efficiently, building strong working relationships within the team.
* Act for investors and developers in purchasing and refinancing property.
* Act for lenders, undertaking due diligence to assess property suitability.
* Work to achieve and exceed agreed targets.
Experience & Skills:
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
* Strong background in secured lending and bridging finance.
* Experience acting for both borrowers and lenders.
* Expertise in company purchases and refinances.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
* Experience with title insurance financing.
* Knowledge of buy-to-let purchases and refinances.
* A proactive, organised, and client-focused approach.
