£25,000 plus OTE
My client is a rapidly growing organisation and as part of their exciting growth plans, an opportunity exists to join this business as a Business Development Representative.
Job Description:
What you will get up to day to day
* Identify, contact and qualify customers to achieve/exceed demand generation targets through inbound marketing source leads and outbound targeted campaign execution.
* Generate high quality pipeline.
* Effectively utilise a variety of channels such as social media, internet, web-based tools & outbound calling.
* Work with internal teams to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans to ensure quality communication plans are delivered to potential customers.
* Achieve set sales targets.
We are looking for someone who has
1. Demonstrable experience in outbound sales preferably within architecture/construction or manufacturing industry.
2. Confident in making those cold calls to prospects with a robust, resilient approach to this.
3. Knowledge of a marketing approach to customers, their objectives and the sales cycle
4. Strong understanding of business and how key stakeholders make buying decisions
5. Exemplify personal drive, show positivity and determination to succeed in the role
