About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading plastic injection moulding company based in Droitwich Spa, known for delivering high-quality manufacturing solutions to a wide range of industries.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join their Commercial team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and building strong customer relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer orders and schedules within the ERP system, supporting customer account activities, and assisting with general administrative duties across the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Receive and process customer orders via email
2. Load and maintain customer orders and schedules within the EFACS ERP system
3. Validate pricing and initiate the Contract Review process
4. Ensure customer orderbooks remain aligned and up to date
