What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Handling applicant enquiries and booking property viewings Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to landlords Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants Supporting the progression of lets through to move-in Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors Generating new business and promoting lettings services Progressing with ongoing training as the company and market evolve What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Confident, professional, and customer-focused Organised with strong multitasking skills Motivated by targets and commission-based success Excellent communication skills (face-to-face and over the phone) Experience in lettings preferred (but not essential – sales/customer service backgrounds welcome) Full UK driving licence essential What's In It For You?
