This role supports the team by ensuring system accuracy, managing performance data, and coordinating key administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage inboxes, FOI requests, and complaints Lead on data cleansing and filing system updates Support recruitment processes and meeting coordination Extract and report performance data for internal and government use Maintain the Housing Solutions intranet and website Provide admin support to managers and maintain the Information Asset Register Monitor inboxes and respond to client enquiries Update housing systems with property and client data Assist with rent account monitoring and recovery actions Help coordinate placements and voids Why Join Us?
