Are you early in your finance career and ready to build hands-on experience with a supportive, professional team?
We are hiring an Accounts Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvements for a well-established financial services business, supporting the wider accounts team with daily activities.
What you'll be doing:
* Preparing internal and statutory reporting
* Performing reconciliations and journal entries
* Supporting accruals and resolving finance queries
* Assisting with finance system testing and improvements
What we're looking for:
* A-level education (including Maths)
* Experience in accounting or finance
* Strong Excel and computer skills
* Accuracy, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
* Ideally studying (or planning to study) towards an accounting qualification
