About Aspire Events & Outside Catering
We are now looking for a Corporate Business Development Executive to focus on growing Aspire's client base, building strong relationships, and driving long-term value.
This role is dedicated to generating new opportunities, meeting with decision-makers, and nurturing accounts into repeat, lasting partnerships. You will work alongside our inbound sales team, but with a clear focus on outbound activity, networking, and face-to-face relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
* Proactively identify and target new B2B opportunities across target market
* Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through research, outreach, and networking.
* Arrange and attend client meetings, site visits, and tastings.
* Prepare tailored proposals and close new business.
* Secure long-term repeat business, not just one-off bookings.
* Leverage multiple routes into new business — selling a wide range of Aspire's services, from meeting room space, virtual office solutions, and rentable offices, through to outside catering, small and large-scale events, and even full venue buy-outs.
Relationship Building
* Develop strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers
* Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring Aspire becomes the "go-to" partner for their catering and event needs.
* Represent Aspire at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
Account Management & Growth
* Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure strong client satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Aspire's services into existing relationships.
* Maintain regular contact with key accounts to build trust and encourage repeat business.
* Act as the main point of contact for allocated clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Marketing Collaboration
* Work with the marketing to align sales activity with targeted campaigns and execute campaigns
* Use case studies and success stories to support proposals and build credibility.

Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
* Track record of generating leads, winning new business, and growing existing accounts.
* Confident communicator and relationship builder (face-to-face, phone, and email).
* Experience in hospitality, catering, or events desirable but not essential.
* Understanding of how marketing supports sales.
