Viewscape Construction (South) LTD is a growing construction company based in the Ferndown.
We are looking for a creative and self motivated Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our small and friendly team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, enhance our online presence and updated our website to engage with our audience. You will play a crucial part in promoting our brand, and driving traffic to our platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and experience in social media management, particularly using Meta Business Suite for scheduling and content.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Create engaging content
* Mange AI tools, automation and digital systems.
* Manage and update the company's CRM system
* Book appointments for clients
* Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
Skills
* Proven experience in social media management is highly desired.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager including campaign setup, targeting and reporting).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
* Ability to create and manage paid ads social media ads to drive leads and conversations.
* Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content creation including engaging captions, selecting visuals, and scheduling posts.
* Excellent t organisational skills and the ability to work both as part of the team and independently and have a passion for social media and advertising.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Graduate
Pay: £21,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 37.5 per week
