COMPANY: A pioneer in the research and development! Products and services that help children with additional needs feel physically and emotionally supported.
THE JOB - Promoting postural management for children with disability. This brand is very well known for providing equipment that is unique to every single patient! Your role will be crucial in selecting the right type of equipment for individual needs.
Key customers are both B2B and B2C. Occupational therapists, physios, speech and languages therapists, local authorities, end users and their families - typically a 4-6 week sales cycle. You will present to these groups and manage your own diary.
7. Expect to be out seeing customers 4 days per week, on average 4 appointments per day and conducting 7 assessments per week.
8. To ensure the assessment and best solutions are delivered, there will be lots of interaction with families and patients themselves.
9. You will be supported by the clinicians involved in their care, who then refers the family to buy products through the NHS.
10. This is a very hands-on role, spending time with children, helping to size up equipment that suits them & recommending the best products whilst educating the family on how they are best used too.
11. You will therefore be very empathetic, patient & clinically focused
Package;
12. £35,000 - 40,000 basic salary
13. Monthly commission - min expectation of £12,000 across the year (uncapped)
