Change Manager (ERP) – Contract A superb opportunity to join a leading organisation within the aviation industry. We’re seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to support an ERP transformation programme. This is an initial 6-month contract (outside IR35), with a hybrid working model requiring x2 days per week on site. The Role You’ll play a key role in a major transformation programme, with a core objective of migrating existing reporting from IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) into Oracle EPM (Fusion SaaS). This role requires someone who has hands-on experience delivering similar migrations and can operate confidently across both platforms. Key Responsibilities * Providing proactive change leadership to the ERP Transformation to ensure the programme delivers the required outputs from the Design phase of the Programme, and supports the definition/confirmation of Programme scope, business goals and benefits to be delivered by the Programme. * Creating the change story and vision to articulate the ‘why’, ensuring it aligns with easyJet’s strategy and organisational change narrative. * Developing and managing the framework for assessing the level of business change to ensure business change effort can be prioritised accordingly. * Defining the ERP change strategy and working with the relevant teams and stakeholders to manage its successful execution. * Ensuring the approach to change is appropriate and the impacted stakeholders are aware of upcoming changes and have the correct support and guidance to adopt the change. * Supporting the project teams in the successful delivery of change. Requirements: * Bridging the Gap: Connecting strategic objectives with operational realities. * Driving Adoption: Ensuring users embrace and effectively use the new system. * Building Capability: Enhancing the organization's ability to manage future changes. * Proven experience in large-scale system implementations (ERP, HR/Finance transformations). * Strong communication, influencing, and coaching skills. * Ability to work with diverse teams (IT, Business, Executive). * Experience with change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
