Procurement Co-ordinator Location: North Wales (Onsite, 5 days per week) Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:15 | Friday 08:30 - 13:00 About the Role Morson Edge is recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for a Procurement Co-ordinator to support end-to-end procurement operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supplier management, inventory control, and purchasing process improvement within a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time, systems are accurate, and procurement activities run efficiently. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate procurement systems, trackers, and databases Build and manage supplier relationships and support stakeholder engagement Assist with tender processes, data analysis, and product management Support supplier meetings and present key information to stakeholders Maintain Supplier SLAs and performance data (Excel/ERP systems) Order and expedite materials to ensure continuity of supply Monitor and manage inventory levels, reducing excess and obsolete stock Maintain accurate materials planning data within MRP systems Track product lifecycle and support risk reduction initiatives Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, stock accuracy, and service levels About You Experience in a procurement, purchasing, or buyer role Strong Excel and analytical skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally Desirable Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g. Sage) CIPS qualification (or working towards) Whats on Offer Competitive salary and strong benefits package Enhanced pension and wellbeing support Career development and learning opportunities Early finish on Fridays Opportunity to make a real impact within a growing business If youre looking for a role where you can develop your procurement career and contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking team, wed love to hear from you.
