The Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the first point of contact between our Partner Salons and the local community. Through face-to-face, conversational presentations, you'll help people discover salons they can trust and turn friendly chats into loyal salon clients.

What We're Looking For
* Based in Surrey, Required To Travel
* 1+ year of experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, or any customer-facing role
* Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
* Confident working independently and managing your own time
* Organised, professional, and coachable
* Smartphone required
* Bonus Requirement: You own a car and a full UK driving licence

Duties
* Engage with customers in various settings to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events.
* Collect feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
* Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
* Utilise social media platforms to share brand-related content and engage with followers.
Experience
* Previous experience in marketing or as a Brand Ambassador is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for success in this role.
* A background in customer service will be beneficial for effectively addressing client needs.
* Bilingual candidates are highly desirable, as this will enhance communication with a diverse customer base.
