About the role
As our PMO Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Planning, Performance and Risk to oversee, coordinate and support the organisations programme of operational and strategic projects. Youll play a pivotal role in embedding a consistent, effective project management framework across the organisationenabling our teams to deliver key organisational and strategic outcomes.
You will lead a small team of project professionals and act as a central point of reference for project standards, reporting, governance, risk management and organisational learning. Through high-quality oversight and continuous improvement, you will help shape how projects are initiated, planned, monitored and delivered across JRHT and JRF.
