Business Support Administrator Nottingham, Clifton £24,214 - £28,026 per annum Here at NCHA we are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Administrator to join the Business Support Team in supporting the work of our Homes and Wellbeing department. Working as part of a small team delivering comprehensive administrative support to a large department, you will have significant proven admin experience and possess strong IT skills. You will be committed to providing a high-quality service, maintaining a positive approach to your work and enjoy a challenge. Your roles and responsibilities will vary day to day but to give you an idea of what to expect, they may look like this: Provide a dedicated administrative support service to the Director and Assistant Directors; maintaining their diaries including the organisation of appointments, training, travel itineraries, bookings for events and related communications. Arrange and administer meetings chaired by the Director and Assistant Directors e.g. arranging venues, inviting attendees, agenda preparation, collating and formatting supporting documentation, uploading papers to convene, arranging refreshments, minute taking and post meeting administrative actions Manage the team inbox; taking appropriate action in response to queries and requests. Update and maintain the departments key information databases and electronic filing systems; processing time critical information using IT systems in accordance with procedures. Maintain a basic understanding of the different departments within NCHA; scheduling bi annual project visits to each project; liaising with project managers and the HW Management team. Generalist office administrator duties About you This role involves working closely with internal and external colleagues to achieve and maintain high standards. Working Hours Monday - Friday 35 hours per week with days per week in the office at Clifton with some flexibility. Please note there is a requirement to be able to administrate evening meetings (usually quarterly).
