Working for an established provider of adult social care supporting adults with mental health issues, complex needs and those with substance misuse issues, we're seeking a Support Worker to join their team. They are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with diverse needs and seek an individual who may have experience already of supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs or someone who, with the positive approach and willingness to learn as a Support Worker who has passion to want to make a difference to vulnerable people.
The role:
1. As a Support Worker you will provide personalised support to adults with a range of needs, promoting independence and well-being across services in St Anne's and Blackpool areas.
2. Assist individuals with daily living activities, including encouraging support with personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
