Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Southampton for a New Homes Sales Advisor. Key responsibilities include guiding potential buyers through the sales process, delivering outstanding customer service, and achieving sales targets. The advisor will ensure clients receive excellent service from the initial inquiry through to the completion of property transactions. Additional tasks include providing expert advice on housing options, maintaining a thorough understanding of property details, and collaborating with team members to meet objectives.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Outstanding customer service skills, including the ability to address client needs and resolve any concerns with professionalism.
Proven sales experience and a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
Experience in training or coaching others is a plus.
Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of the new homes industry is preferred but not mandatory.
