The ideal Litigation Legal Officer will cover civil litigation and some debt recovery matters. Responsibilities may be including but not limited to: Licensing law and public protection Anti-social behaviour and community safety Local Authority Housing Debt recovery GDPR, Data Protection and Freedom of Information Local Government law and procedures Although full-time availability is desirable, candidates offering part-time availability will be considered.
