Job Description
Resource allocation exercise to drive the Genmed vision and Business Operating Income target across the Long-Range Plan. Integral part of the full portfolio P&L management.
Implement agile ways of working within the business unit, establishing and adopting new methodologies.
Lead the implementation of cross-franchise initiatives and ensure effective communication of our change story.
Foster open discussions, bringing strategic insights, innovation, and expertise from internal and external sources.
Proactively promote and enforce our 'Take the Lead' culture.
Engage with the leadership team to ensure alignment and facilitate acceleration across franchises.
Lead local squads and collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams (Medical, Marketing, Sales) with a proactive attitude to accelerate operational excellence.
Understand the needs and learnings of customer-facing structures to support the mitigation of constraints and barriers.
Qualifications
* Graduate degree in business or a related discipline.
* Proven project management experience, with agile methodology being an asset.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Finance and marketing experience are assets.
* Strong leadership skills, capable of leading by influence in complex environments.
* Strategic thinking and risk-taking abilities.
* P&L experience with resource allocation initiatives or related capabilities.
* Experience in project or change management is a plus.
* Proficiency in agile project management methodologies.
