The Role Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate their brand presence across all digital platforms while supporting broader content creation needs. Based at their London head office with hybrid working options, the successful candidate will be responsible for showcasing their vibrant atmosphere, mouth-watering food, creative cocktails, and exciting activities to audiences nationwide, plus contributing to wider marketing content initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
* Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and emerging platforms
* Create engaging, on-brand content including photography, videography, and copywriting
* Manage content calendars and posting schedules across multiple venue locations
* Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement
* Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community
* Plan and execute social media campaigns for events, promotions, and new venue openings
* Coordinate with influencers and manage partnership collaborations
Content Creation & Marketing Support
* Produce high-quality written content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials
* Create compelling copy for menus, promotional flyers, and in-venue marketing materials
* Develop content for email marketing campaigns and customer communications
* Support PR efforts with press releases, media kits, and promotional content
* Collaborate on broader marketing campaigns and brand storytelling initiatives
* Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all content touchpoints
Analytics & Strategy
* Analyze performance metrics across social media and content initiatives
* Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations
* Collaborate with venue managers to capture authentic, location-specific content
* Ensure brand consistency while allowing for local personality at each venue
What They're Looking For
* 2/3+ years of social media management and content creation experience, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle brands
* Strong creative and copywriting skills with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across different content types
* Experience in content creation, photography, and basic video editing
* Excellent written communication skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms
* Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
* Experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
* Knowledge of email marketing platforms and basic SEO principles
* Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when needed
* Self-motivated with excellent time management and project coordination skills
* Passion for food, drink, and entertainment experiences
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between venues
