We are currently seeking to employ an experienced Front of House Concierge to carry out reception duties to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients based in London. A high standard of service delivery is expected, and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met. Hours and Salary Full time working Monday-Sunday, 4 days on and 4 days off (inclusive of a unpaid daily lunch over) 45 hours per week. Permanent role at £27,300 per annum. Perform daily walk rounds of building reporting all issues on the portal, including contacting the cleaners if necessary. Bin Store management and report missed collections to Veolia Contractor management, issue keys and making sure contractors have permits in place for works. Manage towel service You will have: Excellent customer service skills, with a people-oriented approach. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with clients and team members. Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational skills to manage meeting rooms and front desk operations efficiently.
