On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Technical Cyber Security Program Manager based in the bank's London office on a hybrid working model of 3–days per week in the office and 2 from home.
This is an initial 6–month contract on an 18–month programme of work, offering scope for contract extension if the relationship works well both ways.

Key responsibilities:
* Program Management
o Own and drive complex strategic program, working with technical, non–technical teams across the Bank, aligning with business goals and tech strategy.
o Oversee and manage the delivery of complex, cross–functional Program. Maintain and evolve portfolio dashboards, roadmaps, and delivery pipelines.
Agile Delivery & Process Improvement
o Implement Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) tailored to team needs.
o Drive continuous improvement in velocity, quality, and team performance.
Jira Metrics & Reporting
o Design and maintain Jira dashboards for sprint health, epic burndown, and throughput.
o Automate reporting and derive actionable insights from Jira/Confluence data.
Stakeholder Communication
o Create and deliver regular updates on status, risks, and opportunities.
o Translate technical progress into business impact.
Risk & Issue Management
o Proactively identify delivery risks and maintain mitigation plans.
o Track and manage dependencies across portfolios.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in cyber security programme management, ideally on behalf of large banks.
* Expert in Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting.
* Certified in Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent) or PMP.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Excellent interpersonal, influential and communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
* Good project management skills including the ability to prioritize key tasks and deliverables together with engineering and Ops teams.
