Job Description
Support the People & Culture Manager to lead the Organisational Development Team within the People & Culture Service through the management and delivery of planned OD interventions and provide management support to the OD Team to ensure a consistent and high quality service provision to Council Services in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the People & Culture Service Plan and the Community Plan.
Requirements
The duties of this post requires access to the public sector network and therefore the successful applicant must complete a basic Disclosure Scotland application. The Individual
This is a Full Time, temporary post and the admin base is the Opera House, John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock. Temporary till 30/8/26 This post is 35 hours per week and the normal working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Friday. The work style for this post is 'Mobile' - 20-49% of your time in an office or other work location. You will work at your administrative base or another agreed office location between 1 to 2.5 days per week and the remainder of the week at home or other work locations as required.
