A renowned residential developer is looking for a Commercial Manager to take full commercial leadership of a 600 unit flagship multi-block RC frame development in South West London.
The Role:
You will lead the commercial strategy and cost management of the scheme, overseeing a team of five and ensuring robust financial control across pre-construction and delivery. This is a senior leadership role with significant responsibility and visibility across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a commercial team of five
* Oversee procurement strategy, packages and contract negotiations
* Maintain cost control, forecasting and reporting
* Manage subcontractor accounts, valuations and payments
* Work closely with technical, construction and finance teams
* Report at senior management level on budget performance and risk
