About the Role:
* Deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3-5, including GCSE and A-Level, covering core topics such as mechanics, electricity, thermodynamics, and modern physics.
* Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that facilitate hands-on experiments, data analysis, and problem-solving, ensuring students develop a strong understanding of physics concepts and scientific methodologies.
* Assess student progress through lab reports, presentations, and examinations, providing detailed and constructive feedback to support their scientific development.
* Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities, such as science clubs, physics projects, and science fairs, enriching students' learning experiences and promoting their interest in physics.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Physics or a related science, demonstrating a deep understanding of physics principles and scientific inquiry.
* Extensive experience teaching Physics at the secondary level, with a proven track record of student success and a commitment to high academic standards.
* Proficiency in laboratory techniques, data analysis, and the use of scientific equipment.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
* A passion for physics education and a commitment to fostering scientific curiosity and critical thinking.
