Venture Recruitment Partners are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support Billings Operations in an international business. The role will assist with global invoicing operations and play a key role in maintaining accurate cashflow.

Location: Guildford
Salary: £30000-£33000
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days from home after probation
Contract – 12 Month FTC
Key Responsibilities:
Raise accurate sales invoices across seven global trading entities using internal systems.
Manage the timely flow of billing files, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, responding to client queries within agreed timeframes.
Collaborate with Operations and Account Management teams to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
Build strong working relationships with clients and provide supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Key Experience:
2+ years’ experience in billing, invoicing, or finance administration within a commercial environment.
Knowledge of general accounting procedures and familiarity with accounting software (Sage X3 desirable).
Strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, international setting.
