Salary
Earn a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits.
Your Responsibilities
As a Building Surveyor, you will:
* Conduct surveys of existing buildings and provide detailed reports on their condition.
* Advise clients on repair, maintenance, and improvement options, including health & safety and regulatory compliance.
* Travel across the UK to perform site inspections and meet with clients and colleagues.
* Develop feasibility studies and design solutions for maintenance, refurbishment, and demolition projects.
* Support clients in procuring contractors for various projects.
* Project manage the delivery of solutions, ensuring quality assurance throughout.
* Foster positive relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Hold a Degree level qualification (minimum HNC/HND) in a relevant discipline or a RICS accredited qualification.
* Are working towards Chartered status through RICS or CIOB.
* Have a solid background in building surveying, with experience across various building types and sectors.
* Possess knowledge of procurement processes and contract administration.
