With a strong reputation, distinctive listings and recent national media coverage, they are scaling quickly - and marketing sits at the heart of that growth. They are now hiring a Marketing Manager to elevate the brand, drive demand, and develop a high-performing marketing function. This is one of the most influential hires in the company, directly shaping how they grow and how their agents succeed.
The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Marketing Manager with broad experience across brand, digital, PR, events and campaigns. You’ll own the full marketing strategy, lead a small but growing team, and deliver work that strengthens the brand and drives measurable outcomes. It’s a hands-on role that balances creative direction with commercial rigour.
What you'll do...
* Own and elevate the brand across all channels, ensuring a premium and consistent identity.
* Lead content creation across social, email, website, PR, print, OOH and video.
* Oversee and mentor the Marketing Assistant and Content Creator/Videographer.
* Build campaigns with clear KPIs and track performance, reporting insights and optimising activity.
* Develop templates, toolkits and one-to-one support to strengthen agent personal branding.
* Plan and produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, pitch decks and guides.
* Deliver lead-generation campaigns for client acquisition and agent recruitment.
* Identify partnerships, PR opportunities and strategic placements to enhance brand visibility.
* Plan brand events, open houses and networking moments.
* Conduct ongoing market, audience and competitor research.
* Maintain strong online reputation through reviews, testimonials and proactive brand management.
Who you are:
* You have multi-channel marketing experience with strong brand, creative and copywriting skills.
* You have proven commercial impact through campaigns, conversions or brand growth.
* You are a confident people manager and have hands-on execution ability.
* You're highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams at pace.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
Logistics:
* Full-time, office-based role in Great Portland Street.
* Weekly Monday team meeting (9–11am).
* Mix of office work, shoots, viewings and London travel.
* Flexibility to work from varied locations when needed.
