Job Title: Associate Attorney - Family Law

Salary: $71,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year, plus Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support issues.
* Provide legal advice and representation to clients while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
* Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
* Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law to provide informed counsel.
* Collaborate with senior attorney and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and empathy.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices within the firm.
* Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance legal skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
* Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
* 1-5 years of experience in family law preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
