What you’ll be doing
* Support the regional team in delivering high‑quality services and building strong, sustainable communities.
* Provide administrative support across housing management tasks such as rent arrears, new home allocations, and the maintenance of blocks, schemes, streets, and neighbourhoods.
* Assist customers with rent payment, changing address, and accessing digital services.
* Help customers move into new homes, advertising vacant properties, shortlisting prospects, and conducting viewings with Navgation Services Managers (NSM) and Officers (NSO).
* Compete to government‑issued CIH Level 2 qualification to improve housing sector knowledge.
* Attend estate inspections to ensure properties are safe and attractive.
* Signpost customers to supporting services (health, wellbeing, financial advice, digital inclusion, employment).
* Provide project support for regional and corporate initiatives.
* Input and manage data within our housing management system.
* Collect evidence to support complaint resolution and drive continuous improvement.
* Represent Great Places professionally, fostering integrity, inclusivity and respect for diversity.
* Work 35 hrs per week with flexibility for qualification study.
What you’ll need
* GCSE Maths and English (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
* A clean UK driving licence and access to a car.
* Customer‑focused experience and a proven ability to deliver high‑standard service.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Teamwork, initiative and strong time‑management to meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail, organisational skills and competency in Microsoft Office, mobile phones, tablets and laptops.
* Commitment to observe all policies, including Equality & Diversity, Health & Safety and Safeguarding.
* A strong desire to work within the social housing sector and to undertake CIH Level 2 qualification.
