Specialist LD&A assessments — Complete Care Act–compliant assessments tailored to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, focusing on strengths, communication needs, risks, and eligibility for support. Person‑centred planning — Develop and review personalised support plans that promote independence, choice, community inclusion, and positive risk‑taking, working closely with families and advocates. Safeguarding & complex casework — Lead safeguarding enquiries, manage complex behaviours or vulnerabilities, and coordinate multi‑agency responses with health, education, and specialist LD services.
