We are looking for dedicated and experienced Paediatric Complex Care Workers to support a child with complex medical needs in their family home. This is a rewarding role where you will provide consistent, high-quality care that enables the child to stay safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible.
* Experience supporting children with complex medical or respiratory needs
* Confidence with CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen therapy, and suctioning
* A nurturing, patient, and child-focused approach
* Strong communication skills and the ability to reassure child and family
* The ability to remain calm and professional in clinical situations
* A valid Right to Work in the UK Desirable (not essential)
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or Children’s Care
* Experience working with paediatric clients in community or hospital settings
* Competitive hourly rates + enhancements for nights/weekends
