Lords Builders Merchants is coming to Bury St Edmunds, and we’re looking for an ambitious, sales-driven Assistant Branch Manager to help us make it a success from day one.

You’ll support the Branch Manager in leading the team, driving sales and service, and building strong relationships with our trade and retail customers.


Responsibilities:

* Supporting all aspects of branch operations – from sales and customer service to stock and people management
* Building relationships with local tradespeople, developers and suppliers to grow sales and profitability
* Coaching and motivating the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
* Deputising for the Branch Manager when required and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation

Hours: 7am-5pm Mon-Fri, 7am-12pm alternate Saturdays
