We are looking for experienced female Support Workers to join our ever-growing team, to support 2 young ladies in Wellingborough (NN29).If your fun, reliable and have a great sense of humour this is the role for you. We provide specialist complex care to adults withneurological conditions that may include acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, or progressive diseases in their own homes. Working in this welcoming, supportive and friendly environment you will be providing assistance with everyday living tasks and ensuring our clients are involved with every aspect of their care, including personal care, medication administration. Full support and training is provided. The shifts are 12 hours shifts days and waking/sleeping nights, ideally you will hold a full UK driving licence however this is not essential. We set an outstanding high standard for care by providing truly personal services that allow our clients to live their lives to the fullest and independently.You should have the ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of clients and understand the principles of treating others with dignity and respect; to be able to follow routines, carry out set care plans, record and monitor changes in individual condition.
