* Lead and manage complex cases involving children in care
* Coordinate and participate in care proceedings and implement CIC processes
* Conduct visits to children placed out of the area ensuring their welfare needs are met
* Write comprehensive reports for court proceedings and case reviews
* Oversee and manage a diverse caseload, providing support and guidance to junior staff
