Position: Graduate Contracts ManagerLocation: Havant, HampshireSalary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE + £525/month Car Allowance + Healthcare + BonusWe are proud to be working with a well-established and highly respected Civil Engineering Contractor, delivering major infrastructure, water, coastal defence and environmental projects across the South of England. With a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for delivering technically challenging schemes, this contractor continues to grow while maintaining a people-first culture focused on long-term development and progression.Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking a Graduate Contracts Manager to join their team based on a flagship infrastructure project in Havant. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate looking to build a long-term career within civil engineering and project delivery, gaining exposure to commercial management, programme coordination, subcontractor management and operational delivery on complex projects.The company are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to work independently and proactively rather than in a purely task-orientated role.
