Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and team meetings to nurture individual growth. Oversee the timely completion of operational tasks, ensuring adherence to company processes and regulations. Act as a point of escalation for complex queries and provide empathetic solutions. Champion a proactive customer service culture that meets service levels and KPIs.What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you should possess: Strong leadership and team management skills. An excellent customer service ethos, capable of handling sensitive situations with care. Solid understanding of core operational functions and processes.
