What You Will Do
* Conduct independent reviews for children subject to child protection plans
* Provide strategic oversight and guidance on child protection planning
* Work collaboratively with social workers, families, and partner agencies
* Ensure compliance with statutory duties and safeguarding procedures
* Advocate for the best interests of children, focusing on short- and long-term outcomes
* Chair and facilitate review meetings, promoting effective multi‑agency collaboration
* Produce clear, accurate, and timely post‑review reports
