You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a smooth, positive experience every time they contact us. Answering incoming calls, resolving queries, and handling complaints and delivery enquiries. Processing manual orders via phone and email, and updating our online portal. Managing customer credit requests – logging, validating, raising support tickets, and confirming with customers. Following up with new accounts to help them get set up and running smoothly.
