As a key brand ambassador, you will deliver an elevated client experience while embodying the sophistication and excellence our customers expect. Key Responsibilities: Provide a tailored and attentive sales experience for every client Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up Demonstrate expert product knowledge and storytelling around craftsmanship and materials Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique standards Assist with stock management, inventory, and daily operations Requirements: Previous experience in luxury retail or service focused enviroments. Strong understanding of clienteling, styling, and brand representation Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills A keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for luxury and craftsmanship Passionate, self-motivated, and goal-oriented The salary is paying up to £30,000.
