You’ll have the autonomy to own your pipeline, the backing of a supportive leadership team, and the chance to make a genuine impact in a role where success is recognised and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business acquisition within the B2B market
* Identify and capitalise on new commercial opportunities
* Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close
* Represent the business at client meetings and industry events
* Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline using CRM systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding
Experience
* Proven experience in B2B business development or new business sales
* Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Benefits
* Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE with an OTE of c. £65,000
