About The Role
We are looking for an administration assistant to join our friendly and high performing customer care team. Customer Care’s focus is to ensure that students and Universities experience a smooth process in the planning phase of their Graduations. This team is centered around safety (ie. there is no such thing as a silly question) and close team work to help one another with whatever challenge arises. The ideal candidate will need to be an excellent team player with strong communication and problem solving skills. Graduation ceremonies are a once in a lifetime event and Customer Care ensures that students and Institutions have peace of mind so that this important milestone goes perfectly.
The chosen candidate will work closely with the technical lead in Customer Care and have daily interactions with customers (University students and their family members) over the phone, email and LiveChat. Experience of assisting customers via these kinds of channels will be essential.
The role will also work closely with clients (University Graduation organisers), assisting with technical tasks such as data uploads and website setups (training will be provided). Some technical knowledge will be beneficial but a keenness to learn and develop will be more important.
We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who can work effectively within a small team that can maintain a high standard when under pressure during our peak season. If this sounds like you then we look forward to receiving your CV!
