Our client are one of the highest profile and world leading educational organisations, based in the Kensington and West London area, who currently seek an Electrically biased engineer to work as part of their in:house Facilities Engineering Team, covering a campus of buildings. Working on a 12 hour "days:only" shift pattern across 7 x days per week, and responsible for planned and reactive maintenance to electrical and general building services systems. This pattern provides a maximum of 3 days in a row on site, with weekday shift hours of 7am:7pm and weekend running from 08:00:16:00. Guideline salary for this position is circa GBP 43:44k, with healthy benefits including:

Candidates must be fully qualified in Electrical Engineering, ideally through a full apprenticeship, and with at least three years of dedicated experience within commercial building services and facilities maintenance. Along with core qualifications, additional training / courses such as 18th Edition, 2391, Legionella Awareness, IOSH, etc will be beneficial.
Particular working knowledge should extend to: Single and Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Pumps and Motors, Air Handling and Fan Coil Units, BMS Operation, Water Treatment (Taps, Cooling Towers), Pressurisation Units, VRV/VRFs, Diesel Generators, 1st line Chiller and Boiler Faults, etc.
