Hours: 35 per week. Vacancy: Permanent. Salary: £52,922 - £57,885.
Responsibilities
* Join to apply for the G4 Operations Manager role and support the management team in delivering services with a focus on quality, supervision, and reflective, strengths-based support.
* Provide visible and accessible management with quality monthly supervision and support for staff.
* Promote a culture that places people at the heart of all activities; encourage practitioners to enhance their skills and continuously develop as professionals.
* Work with children and families in a statutory setting, with knowledge of relevant policies, legislation, and guidance, and an ability to assess and manage risk.
* Manage application processes and ensure compliance with recruitment and safeguarding requirements as described in the posting.
* Engage in partnership working and work as part of a wider team to deliver individual and partnership outcomes.
Qualifications
* Degree in Social Work, Dip SW, or other recognised Social Work Qualification.
* Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
* Extensive experience in working with children and families in a statutory setting; knowledge of relevant policies, legislation, and guidance; ability to assess and manage risk.
