Overview
Customer Service Specialist - Bristol onsite at Teleperformance. This is an onsite role only at Spectrum House, Central Bristol (no work-at-home option).
Start date: 8 September 2025. Salary: £12.60 per hour. Shifts: 37.5 hours per week (8:00–22:00 Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 Sat and Sun).
Location: Spectrum House, Central Bristol. Training: 2 weeks.
Responsibilities
* You will be the first point of contact to assist customers with their online subscription enquiries and account management.
* You will provide information and support to a global customer base and create a unique customer experience through inbound calling, web chat and email responses.
* You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to subscriptions, payments and online accounts, sometimes adjusting packages and working with customers to agree on suitable solutions.
Qualifications / Skills
* Customer-focused with strong communication skills; ability to listen, ask the right questions and deliver top-tier service via phone, live chat and email.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Good technical skills on PCs and in using mobile applications.
