You will support the HR Business Partners across key processes:Employee Lifecycle: Managing smooth onboarding, contracts, system updates, and offboarding.Data & Systems: Maintaining accurate records and managing the HRIS to generate reports.Recruitment Support: Coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and handling pre-employment checks.Operational Implementation: Assisting the People Team with the rollout of new L&D frameworks, career paths, and engagement initiatives.First Point of Contact: Handling routine employee queries and triaging issues with professionalism and sensitivity.What You'll BringProven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or in a similar HR support capacity.Strong understanding of core HR principles and excellent attention to detail.Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS).Exceptional organisation and communication skills.A people-first attitude with the ability to handle confidential information.CIPD qualification (Level 3/5) or equivalent experience is desirable.Key DetailsSalary: Up to £40,000Working: Hybrid (Regular presence at Salisbury HQ)Scope: Excellent exposure to strategic HR implementation.Bonus: Up to 15%Private medical + Dental
