Vacancy for Early Years Practioner at Crosshall Infant School

Salary: Meridian Trust Grade 5, Point 5-7 £17,791.09-£18,361.34

Hours: 30 hours per week, 08:45-15:15pm, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 days).

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative Early Years Practitioner who thrives on supporting pre-school children reach their potential at Crosshall Infant School. You will provide safe, high quality EYFS education and provide valuable care to children aged 3-4 years. You will work under the direction of the EYFS Leader, to maintain a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

The Opportunity

* Join a friendly, support team to provide high-quality appropriate play activities.
* Provide a safe, inclusive setting for our children.
* Maintain a stimulating and enjoyable learning environment.
* Provide high quality education and learning within the Early Years framework and offer appropriate stimulation and support to children attending the setting.
* To supervise the children and be responsible for their physical, emotional, social and intellectual well-being.

The ideal candidate

* Good educational background with GCSE of equivalent in English Language
* Understands how children learn.
* NNEB, CASHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* Can form positive and caring relationships with children which motivates them to learn, grow and be confident.
* The ability to work collaboratively with parents, carers, colleagues and third parties.
