An excellent opportunity to join this growing and forward-thinking Letting and Estate Agent, which is well-established in Darlington and the surrounding areas with five offices.
The successful candidate will work within an excellent team who are dedicated to providing a great customer service experience for our Landlords and Tenants.
Previous property management experience is desirable but is not essential.
What is more important for us is someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn and work hard.

* Good computer skills, as the job is largely based around IT systems.

* A willingness to deal with conflict resolution when disputes arise. Your main responsibilities will be:
* Managing your own property portfolio which will include liaising with tenants and landlords on a regular basis regarding property maintenance, any rent arrears and any other issues that may arise during the tenancy.
* Property inspections and move-out reports.
* Inventories when required.
* Rent reviews.
* Liaising with our Lettings team regarding move-ins.
